Payment

Fees for Services will be outlined in project proposals, contracts, or invoices. Payment terms, including any deposit

requirements, will be specified. Late payments may incur interest charges.

FNDRX strives to provide high-quality Services. However, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes or results. Our Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FNDRX shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
